1. About Us
Scentopia sells fragrance samples (3ml / 5ml / 10ml) that are 100% authentic, sourced directly or through authorized retailers and companies to ensure every product we sell is genuine.
2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, delivery address) is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may be updated at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.
4. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Cliq payments. Customers wishing to pay via Cliq must contact us directly through Instagram (@scentopia.jo) or email (info@scentopia.online) and provide their order number before payment is processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Jordan only. Delivery is handled by a third-party carrier and typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within Jordan. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Scentopia and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scentopia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website, including allergic reactions. Customers with known fragrance allergies or sensitivities should exercise caution before use.
