Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Jordan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Times
Orders are delivered via Aramex and typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location within Jordan. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier operations outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
- Amman: 2.50 JD
- Rest of Jordan: 3.50 JD
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically handed off to our carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will not receive a separate tracking notification, but you're welcome to contact us at any time for an update on your order status.
5. Payment on Delivery
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Cliq. Customers wishing to pay via Cliq must contact us directly through Instagram (@scentopia.jo) or email (info@scentopia.online) with their order number before payment is processed.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. If our carrier is unable to reach you or complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us, and redelivery may involve an additional shipping charge.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare case your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please refer to our Refund Policy for how we handle replacements.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our delivery process. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
